With a robust foundation in Computer Science Engineering and an MBA, she has evolved into a dedicated service professional specializing in Change and Transformation. Over her 23+ years of experience, Jumana has held a myriad of strategic, tactical, and operational roles within prestigious organizations across the Middle East, including Emirates Airline, ADNOC Oil & Gas, Royal Dutch Shell, Emirates Nuclear Energy, Al Futtaim Automotive, Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, and most recently, Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare. This journey has granted her unique insights into the cultural dynamics of over 30 nationalities.
